Our intensive “English for Health Professionals” course is specifically designed around health professionals job requirements and will address the question of their effective and competent communication with clients, patients and colleagues.
The importance of effective communication in the field of health and care cannot be over emphasised. True success in this area is dependent on inter-personal linguistic skills as well as medical knowledge. Our live online English course is specifically designed to improve your communicative ability in English within the health and care field. You will study English in situations based on general medical practice and procedures, covering medical terminology, practice in specialist vocabulary, and also a review of basic grammatical structures. Topic work includes an overview of the British National Health Service.
